Service Description
Can be extended to 1.5hr session & will depend on how much the puppy will tolerate in one go! Please leave a note if you wish to book 30min/60min/90min session Introduce grooming to puppies under 8 months, sessions can include a warm bath with puppy -safe shampoo and conditioner, low speed drying to make sure your puppy will get used to it, gentle brushing, nail clipping and tips on how to help your puppy to get used to it, ear cleaning, calming massage, cuddles and treats for a stress-free experience. Warm Bath with Puppy-Safe Shampoo: Ensures a gentle and thorough clean. Personalized training tips to ensure a positive grooming experience at home are included.
Cancellation Policy
*Please make sure you have enough of flat surface outside your house for a large van before booking. *Please ensure that an extension cable can be connected from our van to an electricity socket in your home or garden *We provide services roughly withing a 15 km radius of Patrickswell. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area. We do not cover city center due to no parking area. *Our van will arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled appointment time, please note times may vary due to traffic and road conditions. *Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. A €20 fee will be charged for late cancellations, and future appointments may not be available if the fee is unpaid. *Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the appointment without any additional charge. *Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. *Behavior: Inform us of any behavioral issues your pet may have. We reserve the right to refuse service to any animals including ones with aggressive behavior. *Health Issues: We are not responsible for any pre-existing health conditions or issues that arise during grooming.
