Cancellation Policy

*Please make sure you have enough of flat surface outside your house for a large van before booking. *Please ensure that an extension cable can be connected from our van to an electricity socket in your home or garden *We provide services roughly withing a 15 km radius of Patrickswell. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area. We do not cover city center due to no parking area. *Our van will arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled appointment time, please note times may vary due to traffic and road conditions. *Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. A €20 fee will be charged for late cancellations, and future appointments may not be available if the fee is unpaid. *Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the appointment without any additional charge.​ *Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. *Behavior: Inform us of any behavioral issues your pet may have. We reserve the right to refuse service to any animals including ones with aggressive behavior. *Health Issues: We are not responsible for any pre-existing health conditions or issues that arise during grooming. ​Please see full T's&C's on out website.
